Salestuning cycle: mastery of business syntax

Business is about how you can name exactly what the other party needs to hear in order to make a decision. Tune your Sales!

Words: “offer”, “need”, make, in order, the whole subjunctive way, “because”…
Do you know when and how you use them?
Do you know what they trigger in people?
And do you know what you’re saying between the lines, not directly?

At SalesTuning, we work with how a deal is communicated.
Not what you sell – but how you talk about what you’re dealing with.

With words that are business-correct.
With constructs that don’t undermine trust.
And with wording that doesn’t inhibit decisions.

Main objective of the programme:

To teach businesspeople to master business syntax – the way language is structured in sales and negotiation communication.

We focus on:

  • how to name the need without pressure, politely, without manipulation

  • how to decode correctly the other party’s intent,

  • how to create texts that are credible and accurate – in emails, on the web, in a presentation, in a sales conversation, in sales and presentation materials, on social networks.

The program is built on the fundamentals and principles of business communication that are transferable to any business environment.

Module 1: 1. Diagnosing business syntax

Focus:

1. Diagnostics of business syntax

What does your business sound like – and what does the other side actually read?

First, we’ll go through your current deliverables: emails, website, offers, campaign texts.
Together, we’ll set them up so they sound clear, without unnecessary layers and without what looks unconsciously blurry.

Let’s see:

  • which words and sentence constructions hinder the response or raise unnecessary question marks,

  • where subtle adjustments in tone, rhythm or form can help,

  • how to leverage control and feedback, including through AI tools that help you monitor consistency and tone across channels.

The Salestuning series is not about “writing better.”
It’s about speaking more accurately – and in a way that the other party can relate to you, understand you, and trust you.

Module 2: Psychology of decision-making in language

Focus:

How does the client react when you address them correctly?

Here we look at how decision-making works:
what triggers attention, trust, response – and what shuts it down.

We will focus on:

  • common linguistic errors that cause uncertainty,

  • principles of decision-making patterns that can be transferred into texts,

  • Rewriting real business sentences to increase readability and confidence.

We will also use simple AI verification: which formulations are readable, understandable and act as a safe space for the decision.

Module 3: Creating a brand’s business language

Focus:

Your tone, your precision, your identity.

Your brand isn’t just a logo and a tagline.
It’s the way you speak – in sentences, headlines, email subject lines.

Here we will set up together:

  • Your own “confidence dictionary” – words and phrasing that sound like you, but business-correct,

  • balancing between brand language and the language of reality,

  • consistency testing via AI (same tone, structure, rhythm across outputs).

SalesTuning won’t teach you to talk like someone else.
It teaches you to speak in a way that you can be understood – and that works.

Module 4:Testing and feedback

Focus:

How to find out what works – and what sounds just fine.

Not every text that sounds good has an impact.
At this stage we will test the wording, the prompts, the responses.

Together:

  • we set up a simple A/B comparison of the two versions,

  • We will use AI to assess readability, trustworthiness, and impulsiveness,

  • You will learn how to continuously check and edit your texts without the need for external agencies.

SalesTuning puts tools in your hands that work for the long term – not just during a campaign.
